The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to join their Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in reshaping the narrative within the blockchain space. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth strategies, executing projects, and mobilizing organizations to meet key objectives. This hands-on role requires a seasoned marketer with a passion for advancing the blockchain industry and a deep understanding of the web3 ecosystem. The CMO will manage relationships with 4-5 portfolio companies, lead marketing strategy and campaign execution, and ensure that the client's brand and messaging are compelling and engaging to their core audience. Additionally, the CMO will be involved in hiring and team expansion decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing PR, content, social strategy, and growth campaigns, and representing the company at industry events. Applicants for the Chief Marketing Officer position at the company should have 7-10+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on early and growth-stage crypto companies. The role requires an analytically critical thinker with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and a strong strategic and analytical skill set. The ideal candidate will be an organized, action-oriented individual who can effectively manage a marketing budget, optimize ROI, and stay informed about emerging trends in the industry. Experience working with emergent technology brands and businesses, as well as a background in crypto/blockchain, is essential.
