Director - Environmental, Technical & Sustainability (ETS) - Transactions Advisory Group
As a Director or Senior Director, you will have the opportunity to work with our team on a variety of sustainability projects across industries. You will provide our clients with an integrated sustainability strategy that goes beyond traditional sustainability analyses, aligning sustainability initiatives with core business objectives to help clients navigate regulatory landscapes, implement climate risk mitigation and decarbonization strategies, and design optimized and sustainable supply chains. You will help clients meet stakeholder expectations, improve ESG ratings, and strengthen governance frameworks to bolster long-term business resilience. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, leading engagements, and contributing to sales and business development efforts, while mentoring junior team members and adhering to risk management guidelines.

This role can be based in New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Other locations may be considered.
Full-time positions (and part-time positions over 30 hours) eligible for the firms fringe benefits, including healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, disability coverages, and a 401(k) retirement plan with discretionary contributions. Paid time off includes vacation, personal days, sick time, federal holidays, a floating holiday, and parental leave. Eligibility for benefits varies by tenure and role.
