We are looking for Project Managers, Senior Project Managers and open to executive level leaders to join our leadership operations. Ideally, looking for candidates with business development (healthcare space will be a plus), mentor and operations experience.

Job Details

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to play a key leadership role within our integrated, multi-disciplinary design team, based in either our Kalamazoo or Grand Rapids, MI office.

This position involves leading the design and commissioning of electrical systems for complex projects, with a focus on power distribution (including essential electrical systems), lighting, and special systems such as fire alarm, nurse call, and data/telecom infrastructure. The successful candidate will serve as a technical mentor, provide quality oversight, and work directly with clients to ensure innovative, code-compliant, and cost-effective solutions.

We're looking for a strategic thinker and team leader who can thrive in a casual but client-focused culture, balance technical excellence with project delivery, and bring curiosity, creativity, and accountability to every challenge.

Requirements:
4-year Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical or Architectural)
15+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering is expected, but shall be capable of obtaining professional engineering licensure
Professional Engineer License
Business Development experience
Operations/Management experience over engineers or entire office operations
