Job Description

Noland, Hamerly, Etienne & Hoss seeks an attorney, preferably with at least 3 years of relevant experience in employment law, litigation, defending civil court and administrative agency claims against employers, and advising employers.

The candidate must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and must be an active member of the State Bar of California. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional organizational, verbal, writing, analytical and interpersonal skills and have an upbeat, team-focused approach to their law practice. Experience working independently with clients and a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships is preferred.
