Executive Assistant to CEO of Wellness Company. (Mt. Vernon)

Founder of wellness company that creates quiet spaces and soothing environments, currently in public schools, seeks assistant to support her in various capacities as she moves through her days. Her style is dynamic and hands-on, and she needs to delegate small tasks as they come up, and have the assistant establish an organizational structure for projects and timelines. The work environment is a huge first floor loft space with onsite parking. There are also offsite visits to NYC public schools for installations. Some personal support is also required. The successful candidate will be high-energy, obsessed with details, fast-paced, flexible, and aligned with the overall mission.

Requirements

· 4 years assistant experience or equivalent

· Facility with software, tech and apps

· Driver’s license and car

· Being naturally organized and having established systems

· Ability to adapt to quickly shifting priorities while tracking of all of them

· Proactiveness and good follow-through

· Excellent communications (verbal and written)

· Natural inclination to anticipate needs

Responsibilities

· Communications with internal team and external stakeholders

· Keeping Principal’s calendar

· Managing regular mail and email

· Creating and reviewing an itinerary for Principal on a daily basis

· Maintaining a running to do list

· Office organization

· Shadowing Principal during installations to capture notes and assist as needed

· Establishing project timelines and oversee/track progress

· Anticipating and preparing for deadlines

· Event planning

· Errands

M-F 9-5 (hours may vary)

$70K/year
