Job Description

In Store Assistant is responsible for the day to day running of our New York Store. They will assist in store customer service ,sales reports and much more. This role is essential in maintaining our brand's reputation and customer loyalty while also gaining new customers. This role is 5 days a week with shifts from Monday to Sunday. Working at least one day on the weekend.

Stock Management:

Monitoring stock levels to see when replenishing is needed, and overseeing merchandising and displays to maximize sales.Restocking and ensuring that all items are neatly displayed and organized in the store such as steaming and hanging stock.

Visual Merchandising:

Participating in creating appealing displays to attract customers and enhance the overall look of the store.

Customer Service:

Handling customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Fitting Room Assistance:

Managing fitting rooms, assisting customers with trying on clothes, and offering advice on fit and style.

Cashier Duties:

Processing payments, handling returns, and managing transactions accurately. Managing click and collect orders.

Knowledge of Products:

Being knowledgeable about the clothing items, including their materials, care instructions, and any special features, to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or fulfillment roles is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable with technology, including order management systems and basic office
  • software.
