Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Repairs Manager to oversee our repair operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for outdoor work, ensuring that our clients' landscapes are maintained to the highest standards. This role involves supervising a team, managing projects, and ensuring the quality of irrigation system repairs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of sprinkler maintenance professionals to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee all aspects of sprinkler repairs.
• Manage the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems to promote healthy plant growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or special requests.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to maintain quality control and safety protocols.
• Train new employees on best practices in landscape maintenance and repair techniques.
• Follow through with clerical parts of opertions.

Skills

• Proven experience in supervising teams within the landscaping or maintenance industry.
• Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, garden management, landscape maintenance, and sprinkler repair practices.
• Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and guide team members effectively.
• Familiarity with tree care practices including identification of species and appropriate care methods.
• Ability to design and implement irrigation systems for optimal water usage.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on maintaining high-quality standards in all repairs.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
• Willing to learn, or Knowledge of HouseCall Pro

Pay: $50, $65,000.00 per year
