Now Hiring: Day Shift Maintenance Electrician

📍Charlotte, NC| 💰Up to $95,000/year (also eligible for quarterly bonuses)

🕒Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 12-hour Day shifts

📅Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:

We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to support operations at a dynamic steel mill facility. This is a high-impact role focused on maintaining and troubleshooting critical electrical systems and industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair motors, control panels, sensors, relays, and circuits
• Maintain and troubleshoot furnace and forging equipment
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Program and troubleshoot PLC systems (Allen Bradley & Siemens)
• Collaborate with engineering teams on system upgrades
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Assist with minor fabrication tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, automation systems, and schematics
• Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and valves
• Mechatronics degree or equivalent work experience preferred
