This is a flexible, remote position ideal for designers who can deliver high-quality work on time, work independently, and communicate effectively via online channels. Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality graphics for marketing campaigns, social media posts, digital advertisements, product packaging, and other promotional materials. Adapt and customise existing templates to align with brand guidelines. Design visuals for internal presentations, proposals, and events when required. Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and meet company standards. Communicate progress, updates, and queries via messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, email, or assigned project management system). Manage assigned design requests through the company’s work assignment system, ensuring timely delivery. Utilise the company’s Canva account for company projects only (strictly no personal use). Incorporate available company resources and downloadable assets when applicable. Work collaboratively with the marketing and operations team to refine and improve designs as needed. Requirements: Based in Singapore with the ability to work remotely. Proficient in Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus. Strong design skills with an eye for typography, colour, and layout. Ability to follow brand guidelines while bringing fresh, creative ideas. Reliable internet connection and own computer with necessary design software. Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Self-motivated with minimal supervision required. Clear and responsive communication via messaging. Workload & Compensation: Approximately 10 to 15 design assignments per month. Flexible working hours, with deadlines determined per project.
