• Anticipated Start Date: November 3, 2025
• Assignment Length: Ongoing; 7-on / 7-off scheduling

PATIENT INFORMATION

• Patient Demographics: Adult inpatient
• Annual Patient Encounters: 4,000
• ICU Coverage: Hospitalists round on ICU (10 beds), intensivist available on-call
• Vent Management: Must provide case logs for ventilator management

• Bed Count: 99 beds, including 10 ICU beds
• EMR System: EDIF Medhost
• Specialty Backup: Intensivist available for ICU support

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Malpractice Insurance: Paid

Benefits: Available for full-time physicians

• Pay Rate Structure: Daily OT after 12 hours (based on differential); Weekly OT after 168 hours (based on fixed) REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• Ventilator management (documentation required)
• General inpatient hospitalist duties, including admissions, rounding, and discharges

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active Missouri medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Board: Board Certification required (FM or IM physicians qualify)
• DEA: Active DEA registration required prior to start
• Residency: Completion of accredited residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
