Compensation: $18.00–$20.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time | In-Person | Monday–Friday

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Recruiter to join our team in Land O Lakes, FL. This in-person role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and attending hiring events. You must have dependable personal transportation, as the office is not accessible by public transit, and be available to work on-site 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer
Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews
Maintain records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Attend job fairs, career days, and offsite hiring events
Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and strategy
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal procedures
Support onboarding and employee communications as needed
What You Bring:
1+ years of recruiting, staffing, or HR experience preferred
Excellent communication and organization skills
Strong attention to detail and time management
Comfortable attending occasional evening or weekend events
Familiarity with ATS systems (Tracker- a plus)
Reliable transportation and full in-office availability
