The prime candidate will work seamlessly with both senior attorneys and administrative staff in an effort to effectively serve clients. $205,000 yearly

• Supervise and mentor lower level attorneys in proper conflict resolution techniques
• Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
• Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings
• Stay updated on changing applicable laws and statutes on the local, state, and federal levels
• Strategize, prepare for, and attend trial proceedings, mediation, and arbitration

• Bachelors degree with a law degree from an accredited law school (such as an LLM, JSD, or J.D. degree)
• Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills are desired, as are exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
• Work independently while handling a heavy caseload
• At least 5 years of experience working as a senior associate attorney
• Active member in good standing with local and state bar associations

• 7 - 10 years of experience as a litigation attorney for business, construction, or real estate litigation
• At least 10 jury trials as first chair or leading attorney
