We are seeking reliable and motivated Skilled Laborers to join our team in Knoxville, TN. This role involves performing targeted demolition tasks on construction sites, ensuring precision and safety while preserving designated structures and materials.

Responsibilities:

• Perform selective demolition tasks, including removing walls, fixtures, flooring, or other building elements.
• Use hand tools (e.g., sledgehammers, crowbars) and power tools (e.g., jackhammers, saws) safely and efficiently.
• Follow blueprints or supervisor instructions to identify areas for demolition while protecting surrounding structures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
• Assist with debris removal and site cleanup as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Construction, demolition, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with basic demolition tools and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or work instructions.
• Physical stamina to handle labor-intensive tasks, including lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Comfortable working in various conditions, including confined spaces or at heights.
• Strong attention to detail to avoid damage to structural elements or utilities.
• Reliable transportation required.
