Job Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter plays a key role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our growing business with a strong focus on recruiting diesel technicians and other skilled roles across our Texas and New Mexico branches. This role partners closely with branch leaders, HR, and operations teams to understand workforce needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and represent our company at industry and school events.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be alert and is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Working Conditions and Additional Requirements
This job operates in an office environment. Office hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm with occasional needs outside standard business hours to accommodate meetings, training and projects. 25% Travel required to branches and job fairs across Texas and New Mexico. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
