Overview IDR is seeking a Telecom Engineer to join one of our top clients in Broomfield, CO . This role is perfect for a seasoned professional eager to maintain and optimize in-house voice systems, including telecommunications systems, call centers, and voice networks. Responsibilities Design, install, configure, and upgrade telecommunications systems and networks. Diagnose, repair, and optimize voice systems to ensure peak performance. Analyze and resolve telecommunications circuit and system issues efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet user needs and project goals. Potential for on-call duties and occasional after-hours work. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Genesys. Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare applications and telecom systems.
