Job Description

Our client began operations in 2010 as a skilled trade workforce provider. Since then, they have grown as far west as Seattle and and as far east as Boston.

They are a fast growing and leading national industrial, construction, and marine skilled trades recruiting firm and are looking for a stellar Trade Recruiter that ideally will be located in Tampa, FL. With a background recruiting contract positions within commercial/industrial construction, renewable energy and/or marine/shipyards will highly consider remote.

Their primary focus is on commercial construction, industrial construction, renewable energy, and marine. They provide skilled and professional trades that work within those industries.

They are looking for a motivated person with demonstrated experience as a recruiter or with transferable skills to include: call center experience, food and beverage experience, extravert personality, retail sales, skilled trades human resource generalist, administrative work.

This can be a remote opportunity but for that you MUST HAVE staffing experience within Light industrial, commercial construction, marine, heavy industrial and/or O & G

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, pre screening, interviewing and vetting candidates
  • Placing candidates in open roles
  • Professionally communicating with customers to provide excellent service
  • Effectively match candidate to open positions
  • Build a strong pipeline of candidates by posting jobs, utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo and other resources
  • Managing associates when placed
  • Provide timely and accurate administrative assistance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
  • Manage many moving pieces throughout the day
  • Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience
  • Familiar with using various ATS systems and candidate sourcing platforms
  • Strong motivation to achieve results to meet and exceed goals
  • Obsessed with creating great experiences for candidates and customers

  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve success
