University Sponsorships-Campus Brand Ambassador (FWS/NFWS) Grand Canyon University is seeking a part-time Sponsorships Brand Ambassador. In this position, you will assist in executing the PepsiCo program at GCU, which will include properly distributing PepsiCo products, organizing and receiving shipments, identifying and coordinating sampling opportunities on campus, posting on social media, transporting PepsiCo product and premiums to sampling event locations, and be available to answer questions of potential PepsiCo consumers. In addition, this position will provide support to GCU Sponsorships and perform additional tasks and duties as assigned and/or needed. Primary Responsibilities /Accountabilities/ Essential Functions Represent GCU and Pepsi brands in a positive and professional manner Coordinate and execute Pepsi product sampling on campus and other events and locations Be available to answer questions of potential Pepsi consumers Perform additional tasks and duties as may be assigned and/or needed by GCU Sponsorships department Post branded content to social media as directed by PepsiCo Equipment Used and Responsibility Able to work part-time October through April (20 hours per week) Demonstrate strong people skills Exhibit professional demeanor and compelling customer service attitude Follow directions and meet deadlines Communicate effectively with GCU Sponsorships and Pepsi contacts Display a dependable, strong work ethic Strong social media presence is preferred Experience/ Education Grand Canyon University is committed to a student first policy. Therefore, all applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements to be considered for student employment: Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s program or Master’s program. Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student. Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University. You may be subject to termination if you fall below the minimum requirements.
