About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to spearhead the development and execution of a robust marketing strategy that encompasses both digital and traditional channels. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition, enhancing brand awareness, and establishing a strong presence in local markets. This executive leadership role demands a visionary who can build and lead high-performing teams across various marketing functions, including digital marketing, brand, CRM, and field/local marketing. The CMO will be responsible for optimizing marketing spend and ROI, staying abreast of market trends, and ensuring that the marketing efforts align with the company's growth and expansion goals. Applicants for the CMO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' marketing experience, with a proven track record in leadership roles within B2C service-based industries. Experience in home services, franchising, multi-location retail, or consumer services is highly valued. The role requires a candidate with deep expertise in digital marketing, including SEM, SEO, paid social, display, content, and analytics, as well as a strong analytical mindset and proficiency in marketing analytics tools. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. The CMO will be expected to report on KPIs, evaluate and implement MarTech tools, and ensure that the marketing function is a key driver of the company's growth and go-to-market strategy.
