Who We Are:
At Links ABA, we put therapists first. We're owned and operated by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who truly understands what it's like in the field. Our team is here to support you every step of the way!
We're all about providing high-quality, in-home ABA Therapy to kiddos with autism spectrum disorder. We help children- from infants to teens- build their communication, social and daily living skills that set them up for success.
Your Role:
Provide ABA services to children in-home under the supervision of a BCBA.
Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs.
Keep track of progress using our easy-to-use data collection system.
Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families

Behavior Technician (BT) we will guide you through the process of becoming registered, providing you with the competency required and reimbursing you for the registration fees.
We will sign off on your supervision for both your restricted and non-restricted hours.
Join our BCBA tuition scholarship & tuition reimbursement program.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
Completed forty (40) hour RBT training course.
Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
Experience in doing Applied Behavioral Analysis.
Pass a criminal background check
Schedule:
Part-time hours. 20 hours per week
Monday-Friday. Weekends as needed
